A Neuromuscular Assessment is an in depth movement consultation.Sometimes we have goals whether it is a specific fitness goal or whether it is to have better range of motion and conquer pain. Figuring out which muscle groups are out of balance and figuring out how to restore the mind and body connection with movement can have a profound impact. This is not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease for only a doctor can make such a claim. Sometimes you may find that a service might be well paired in your Holistic Wellness Plan such as Massage Therapy, or Yoga.

Holistic Assisted Stretching

Many places offer Assisted Stretching. What they do not offer is a complex anatomical approach with resistance and PNF Techniques and Holistic Applications, With PNF, Pin and Stretch Methods as well as Isolated Muscular Contractions. These forms of stretching can drastically improve your range of motion and feeling of wellness. A lot of people report to us after a session that their chronic pain levels have dropped tremendously.

Yoga

Yoga is a form of Stretching, Muscle Toning, Meditation and Breathwork. This rigorous yet relaxing modality can leave one feeling satisfied and relaxed. Your session is about 30% Lecture and 70% Application.. In the Lecture Portion poses may be explained in more detail or you may be assisted into the right pose to do it safely. In the application portion you will be doing the poses. At the end of each session for 15 Minutes you will be guided through a meditative relaxation. In addition to this form of Holistic Yoga we also offer Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is your standard Power Yoga found in Yoga Clubs all over the East Coast. Hatha Yoga is a more meditative and rigorous form of yoga. Hatha is similar to Vinyasa Yoga but the poses are held longer. No matter your yoga goals we have a session that is right for you.
